The Presidency of Haiti announced that Counselor-President Leslie Voltaire held a working session with the Mayor of Cap-Haïtien, Angie Bell, and the Divisional Commissioner of the Northern Department, Sem Calixte, focusing on the health, environmental, and public safety conditions affecting the city and the department as a whole.
According to the official statement, the meeting centered on an assessment of current public health conditions, waste management systems, and environmental challenges facing Cap-Haïtien.
