The Ministry of National Education reports a national Secondary 4 success rate of 50.55 percent, with results finalized across all departments.

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) has officially published the complete results of the December 2025 session of the Permanent Baccalaureate examinations for Secondary 4 and Traditional Secondary (Philo).
According to a press release issued on January 30, the national success rate for the Secondary 4 level reached 50.55 percent, with 22,027 candidates admitted out of 43,574 participants nationwide. The results cover all ten Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE) and were finalized using the latest data from the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE).
Performance varied significantly by department. The Nippes Department recorded the highest success rate, with 87.21 percent of Secondary 4 candidates passing, well above the national average.
The ministry noted that partial results for several departments had already been released on January 16. These included Artibonite (32.31%), Centre (41.54%), Grand-Anse (34.96%), Nord (69.86%), Nord-Est (39.94%), Nord-Ouest (49.58%), Ouest (53.96%), Sud (30.54%), and Sud-Est (36.66%).
In addition to Secondary 4 results, MENFP confirmed that Traditional Secondary (Philo) examination results are also available for all ten departments.
The publication of these results formally concludes the December 2025 Permanent Baccalaureate examination cycle, marking a key milestone for thousands of students across the country.
