New employment and consultancy opportunities opened under PSARA and PROPIPED to strengthen social protection, gender inclusion, and disability-focused initiatives in Haiti.

The Project Management Unit (UGP) of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST) has officially launched a recruitment notice and call for tenders as part of the implementation of key social programs funded by the World Bank.
The UGP-MAST is responsible for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring of social programs supported by technical and financial partners. It currently manages two major World Bank–funded initiatives aimed at strengthening inclusive social policy, improving household resilience, and promoting self-reliance among vulnerable populations. These initiatives are the Adaptive Social Protection for Increased Resiliency (PSARA) Project and the Promotion of Productive Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PROPIPED) Project.
Within the framework of these projects, the UGP-MAST is seeking qualified professionals and firms for the following positions and consultancies:
Payment Specialist in Monetary Transfers UGP-MAST / PSARA Responsible for managing and overseeing monetary transfer mechanisms within adaptive social protection systems. Gender and Disability Specialist UGP-MAST / PSARA Tasked with integrating gender equality and disability inclusion principles across program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Consultant or Firm for Training of Executives and Disability Organizations PROPIPED This consultancy focuses on capacity building for executives of the Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) and members of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPH). Consultant or Firm for the Development of Digital and Inclusive Media PROPIPED The assignment aims to design and implement inclusive digital communication tools adapted to persons with disabilities.
